The "Attic Rack," the subject of this contract, serves as crucial equipment in warehouse management, effectively enhancing vertical space utilization in warehouses, especially suitable for warehousing environments with large storage volumes and diverse cargo types. The attic rack products involved in this contract encompass various models of beams, aisle beams, rack decks, floors, separators, guards, etc., with a total amount of RMB 4,143,750, inclusive of a 13% VAT. The contract stipulates that Di-Ao Storage will deliver the goods in three batches, with the first batch to be delivered within 30 working days after the contract signing, and the second and third batches to be completed within 15 working days thereafter. Currently, all the goods stipulated in the contract have been delivered.
