The main process of making printed tape includes mould making, printing, coating glue, drying, winding, and packaging. There are certain requirements for the quality of ink when printing on the original film.
1. Make the layout and make the mould according to the customer's requirements.
2. Print text and patterns. Install the printing mould on the printing machine and adjust the printing speed, pressure and other parameters of the printing machine. Ink color modulation is very important.
3. Coat glue. Coating is the core link of tape production. The film is evenly coated with glue according to the tape thickness required by the customer.
4. Drying
After the glue is coated, it enters the drying box for drying so that the solvent in the glue liquid evaporates. It is very important to adjust the drying temperature and time.
5. Winding and packaging.
The dried substrate and glue are sent to the winder machine for winding. Similarly, the adjustment of the winder is also very critical, mainly including the adjustment of pressure, speed and tension. During the winding process, the tightness and flatness of the tape must be ensured to ensure the quality of the product.
6. Quality Control
After the winding is completed, the product needs to be tested for quality, mainly testing the product's strength, viscosity, tension, heat resistance and other indicators. Finally, the qualified products will be packaged and shipped out.
