On January 17th at 12:07 PM, the Long March-2D carrier rocket successfully lifted off from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, deploying three satellites into their designated orbits in a flawless "one rocket, three satellites" mission. The payloads included Pakistan's PRSC-EO1 satellite, Tianlu-1 satellite, and Lantan-1 satellite , marking another remarkable achievement for China's aerospace industry.

This mission introduced a groundbreaking launch configuration for the Long March-2D rocket, featuring a "dual-satellite tandem + side-mounted payload" design. This innovative layout not only meets critical user requirements but also maximizes the rocket's payload capacity and the available space within its fairing.

Looking ahead to 2025, the Long March-2D rocket will maintain its high-frequency launch schedule, operating across three inland launch sites in China. Each mission will feature a unique launch configuration to accommodate the varied requirements of different customers, further solidifying its role as a reliable and versatile launch vehicle in the global space industry.

This successful mission underscores the continuous innovation and adaptability of China's aerospace technology, paving the way for future advancements in space exploration and commercial satellite deployment.
