What is the treatment principle of Q-switched laser? What are its advantages?

Principle of Q-switched laser treatment: The "light explosion effect" of laser is the basic theory for removing pigmentation in the skin: laser can penetrate the epidermis of the skin to reach the deep layer of the skin, act on the diseased pigment tissue, and crush the pigment particles in the skin; the crushed pigment particles will be phagocytosed by the human macrophages and discharged from the body through the body fluid circulation, thus achieving the purpose of treatment.

Lumcos-10 adopts the unique Nd:YAG gem "Q-switched" mode. The 1064nm and 532nm wavelength lasers can effectively penetrate the stratum corneum and epidermis of the skin to reach the pigment group in the dermis and be absorbed by the corresponding pigment. The laser emits high energy instantly to effectively crush and remove the pigment in the diseased tissue. The corresponding pigment group expands rapidly due to heat and explodes and breaks instantly. Most or all of the epidermal pigment groups are immediately ejected from the body, and some of the dermal pigment groups are broken into small particles that can be phagocytosed by macrophages in the human body. After being phagocytosed by macrophages, they are finally discharged from the body through the human lymphatic system circulation and urine. The color base of the diseased tissue will gradually fade until it disappears, while the surrounding normal skin tissue will hardly be damaged because it does not absorb the laser of a fixed wavelength.

What diseases can Lumcos-10 treat?

1. Treatment of Nevus of Ota:

Nevus of Ota is a birthmark. It is usually distributed around the eye sockets, producing patches or spots of blue, brown, black or mixed colors. Laser treatment of Nevus of Ota uses the selective photothermal effect of light on objects of different colors. Lasers with different nano values ​​are used to selectively act on melanocytes in the dermis, causing them to be instantly heated to vaporization and pulverization, while other tissues of the skin are not damaged, thereby removing melanin.
