It is pretty tough to recommend someone without the answers. Your profile says "Central Illinois" so I don't know how "Close" you are to AVW. It sure is nice for me to send a guy there who can return in 90 minutes with a needed part.

I don't know who your local distributer might be.

I have Flapan conveyors and AVW conveyors. Have Belanger Sherman and AVW Mitters. Have AVW, belanger and Hodge Wraps.

I like the new AVW conveyors - Get the Steel exit door option . The rubber is crap.
Wooden center track seemd really strange when I first got one. But it's a snap to replace without special tools.

AVW mitters have 2 advantages. Circular motion means no "Slapping" noise. no need to use more expensive material to eliminate this.
The parts that wear on the AVW mitters seem to last almost forever and after a long time replacement was simple. Square arches are easy to hight adjust and fix if the customer hits it. Round arches seem all the rage now.

The AVW blowers do a nice job and the ease of hight adjustment and angling is nice as well.

I also like the ease of adjustments on the AVW wraps and wearable parts are also easy to replace. My suggestion would be to visit the manufacturer and see how they help you now and how they can work with your architect and how easy it is to get replacement parts. Each of the companies you mention have been around for a while so track record is good. See some washes, see some installs because good equipment can be installed poorly and cause problems. See an install from who you plan to buy from - that is a big deal. Personally I like stainless equipment over aluminum.

This is excellent advice and what I have been doing over the past few weeks. I visited a MacNeil tunnel in Northern Indiana and flew up to the Detroit area and viewed about 6 Peco tunnels. I ultimately decided on Harrell's in Indy. They will be installing MacNeil equipment in a new 110ft tunnel/4 bay Lube Center I'm building this summer! The main factor for my decision was service after the sale. While I have a few years of Inbay/SS experience, I have NO tunnel experience and want a Distributer close by.
